Our Reiki classes

Reiki II training and Reiki III classes also have not yet been scheduled. As soon as we have the schedule, the details will be posted here.
Reiki II training includes: some review of the Reiki I class, discussion of the homework done, important learnings from the homework and sharing of experiences between classmates (a very powerful part of this class); sending Reiki at a distance, learning second degree symbols and the use of them, additional self care exercises, information and materials; certification of your Reiki II training and a manual to take home as well as learning what it means to become a Reiki Master (Reiki III).

Distance Reiki can be done in conjunction with:

Regarding Reiki Distance sessions: Thought travels and transcends space. Thought and intent move energy through space and time in the Now - the place of past, present, and future. Just as television, radio, and wi-fi travel, unseen, over distances, so does Reiki energy.

As long as my intent is to send healing energy, or initiate and pass attunements, and as long as it is your intent to receive them, the energy transfer or attunement will be successful. I feel that the Attunement Initiation is a sacred ceremony. During our courses, we will correspond and you may ask as many questions as you wish.

At the end of our Reiki I Training weekend, you will have learned:

-How to place the hands for some special circumstances
-How to give yourself a reiki treatment
-Legal considerations
-What you need to know before you start a practice
-How to start your own Reiki business
You will have experienced:
- Giving and receiving treatments using all hand positions
- An attunement, changing your energy systems so that you can give
Reiki treatments
And you will have:
- Certification of your Reiki I training
- A manual to take home
- A group of warm, caring new friends
- Cleansed, unblocked and balanced chakras
- A feeling of increased and “cleaner” energy
Here are Two of the differences in our trainings:
1. The importance of healing ourselves can not be emphasized enough.
On an airplane, we are told to put on our own oxygen masks before helping others to do so. This is because it is important to take care of our own needs before attending to the needs of others. We can't help others when our own "battery" is empty.
The planet desperately needs healers. In order to help others heal themselves, we need to heal ourselves. For this reason, all of our trainings add elements of self-care and self-healing not offered in most Reiki Trainings. Some of this is done with Reiki, and some with visualizations and other methods we are trained in and experienced in facilitating. Additionally, the students are taught methods of self care and given much material to help them achieve this goal.
2. Included in the "classwork" is homework done after the weekend class concludes, and sending weekly reports in to the teachers, by email. This homework is not mandatory unless the student wishes to take the Reiki II class with us, however the homework benefits the students so much, by increasing their learning and experience, that most will want to participate.
This also keeps the lines of communication open, aiding the students to ask questions and continue their learning. We offer additional certification based upon completing the homework assignments. This is an "added value to the students" assignment, and completely voluntary.

*For each friend you bring, who pays and attends the class, each of you receives a discount of $25.00 on the cost of your tuition. Bring one person, you and your friend each get a discount of $25.00

Reiki II And III Training Certification Classes
Hands on Reiki is a wonderfully relaxing treat. The person receiving treatment lays upon a Reiki or Massage table, fully clothed, except for shoes. The Reiki practitioner's hands are placed gently on or above the body (based upon the recipient's wishes, either touching or not touching) in the areas of the major energy centers (Chakras), as well as the joints and the hands and feet.
